EXCITING NEWS - A NEW WALKING TRAIL AROUND THE TREELINE LAKE AND MORE

The Treeline Board of Directors is excited to share a project that will bring beautiful new walking trails to our community.

In December, MUD 5 approached the Board with plans to expand its existing trail system. After reviewing the proposal and exploring options, the Board suggested an alternative that could directly benefit Treeline residents: creating a paved walking trail around Treeline Lake, in addition to improving the current trail that connects to Village Creek, which was part of the original proposal.

This concept aligns with ideas previously shared by residents and would create a scenic, accessible path around the pond, with space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The project will be fully funded by MUD 5, potentially costing $250,000 at no expense to Treeline homeowners.
